Data Deletion Request

How to Request Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to hello.crevece@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. In your email, please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as registered in the app
- Your unique user ID (if known, otherwise we will identify you by email)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification of your request, we will delete all personal information collected from you, including:
- Account Information (Name, email address, phone number)
- Community Information (Address information for delivery and community search purposes)
- Device Information (Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- Usage Data (App features used, time spent in app, interaction patterns)
- Push Notification Tokens
- Camera and QR Code Data (temporary, not stored)
Data Retention
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Please note that some anonymized or aggregated data, which cannot be linked back to you, may be retained for analytical purposes. Additionally, we may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, security, or to comply with legal obligations).
